If you expect to receive a financial aid or credit balance
disbursement it is important to provide Tulane with your preferred

will minimize processing delays.
What you need to know:
- Your Tulane email address and password
- The routing and account number of the checking or savings account you wish to use
What you need to do:
- Log in to Gibson Online, then click the NetPay link on your Student or Alumni tab
Please note: Other Payer NetPay accounts may not configure refund disbursement information. - Go to the Refund Disbursement Tab
- Scroll down to the section titled Refund Disbursement Method
If you have previously made an electronic payment on NetPay and wish to use that account, you may simply select My Stored Account(s) and click Save

If you have not previously made an electronic payment on NetPay, add a Checking or Savings account as shown in the example below.
Tip: Only fields with red astericks are required, you may leave the rest blank. To configure a Direct Deposit Savings account, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Savings Account.

- DON'T FORGET TO CLICK THE SAVE BUTTON - If saved, the detail fields will dissapear.
If the detail fields do not dissapear, there may be a problem with the information you typed. Look for red text indicating what the error may be. - If you browse to the My Profile Tab, you will now see the account you just configured within the Bank Account Profiles section.
