Student access to NetPay has moved to Gibson Online
Accounts Receivable has converted to the new student information system, SunGard Banner Student.
What this means for you:
You will now access NetPay through Gibson Online. With this change, you are no longer required to enter your social security number and TOUR pin. Instead, use your Tulane email username (the letters before the "@" in your email address) and email password. If you do not know your email password, contact the help desk at (504) 862-8888 and ask the analyst to reset it for you.
Once logged in, you will find a link to NetPay on the Student tab.
If you are not a student, but have a receivables account with us, please log in to Gibson Online and access NetPay on the Faculty, Staff or Alumni (whichever is available to you).
Parents:
Your access to NetPay has not changed. You can still log in with the username and password you setup when you initially enrolled.
Students: Invite Family & Friends to NetPay
Tulane University primarily bills student accounts electronically. It is the student's responsibility as the primary owner of the account to inform others of amounts due.
