How To's

Add an Alternate Email Address (Other than School Email)

  1. 1) Log into Gibson Online and click View Online Account link on Student, Billing, or Alumni tab

Configure Text Message Phone Number for eBills & Scheduled Payments

  1. 1) Log into Gibson Online and click View Online Account link on Student, Billing, or Alumni tab

  2. 2) Under My Account Tab, click My Profiles to access your Personal Profile

  3. 3) Under Communication, Select Yes to receive messages, enter your mobile phone number and carrier, then Save Changes.

Set Paperless 1098-T Preference

  1. 1) Log into Gibson Online and click View Online Account link on Student, Billing, or Alumni tab

  2. 2) Under My Account Tab, click My Profiles to access your Personal Profile

  3. 3) Under Paperless Options, review your current setting by reading the text above the Change button (highlighted in imaged below).

  5. 4) To change your current preference, click the Change button.  Carefully read information on the consent form and choose your preference by clicking the Accept Consent or I Do Not Consent button.

Save a new Payment Method/Profile

  1. 1) Log into Gibson Online and click View Online Account link on Student, Billing, or Alumni tab

  2. 2) Under My Account Tab, click My Profiles to access your Personal Profile

  3. 3) Under Add New Payment Method, select Electronic Check (checking/savings), then click Select.

  5. 4) To change your current preference, click the Change button.  Carefully read information on the consent form and choose your preference by clicking the Accept Consent or I Do Not Consent button.

  6. 5) Confirm bank information is correct (retrieved from your entered routing number), then click "I Agree".

Add Authorized User (Parents & Others)

  1. 1) Log into Gibson Online and click View Online Account link on Student, Billing, or Alumni tab

  2. 2) Under My Account Tab, click Authorized Users


  3. 3) Enter your Authorized User's email address, and select "Yes" for all options.
    NOTE:  The email address you enter will be your Authorized User's username going forward. A temporary password will be sent to this address along with instruction to complete the signup process.   


  4. 4) Click Continue, agree to terms, and you're done!
