Inviting Another Payer to NetPay

Many students at Tulane University partially or fully depend on others such as parents or corporate sponsors to assist with their Tulane financial obligation. By inviting your friends and family to NetPay, you are granting them access to your confidential billing information as well as online payment options. Additionally, as new statements are produced your enrolled Other Payers will automatically receive notice by email.

What you need to know:

• Your Student ID and PIN number (TOUR credentials)
• The email address of the person(s) you wish to invite

What you need to do:

• Log in to your student NetPay account (the blue button at the top of this page)
• Go to the My Profile tab, and click the button "Invite Other Payer".
  
  
  
• Enter a nickname for the account, your student email address as the primary address and finally the recipient email address of the person you wish to invite.
  
  The Nickname field is for your information, shown in your list of other payers on NetPay.
  
  The Primary Email Address field is From/Reply-To address used to contact the person you wish to invite. Type in an address your invitee would recognize as having come from you.
  
  The Recipient Email field is the address to which the invitation and activation ID will be sent.
  
  
• Click Invite after completing the Other Payer Access form.
• Your invitation has now been sent to the address you specified on the Other Payer Access form, and appears on your list of Other Payers in a Pending status.
  
  
  
  The account will remain pending until your invitee enrolls with their unique Activation ID. Other Payer accounts with a status of Enrolled will receive new bill notifications and have access to your billing history and online payment options.
