Enroll a NetPay Other Payer Account

Many student at Tulane University partially or fully depend on others such as parents or corporate sponsors to assist with their Tulane financial obligation. By inviting their friends and family to NetPay, they are granting you access to their confidential billing information as well as online payment options. Additionally, as new statements are produced you will automatically receive notice by email.

What you need to know:

• When the student invites you, you will receive a 6-digit activation ID by email. This is not the student PIN number, used to register for classes. If you did not receive an email with an activation ID, you will need to contact the student directly for that number.
• You will need to know the student's 9-digit student ID number

What you need to do:

• Browse to the Accounts Receivable home page and click the linked text "Log on to NetPay".
• Click the New User? Sign Up Now! button.
  
  
• In Enrollment Type, select the Other Payer radio button.
• Accept the agreement, type in your 6-digit Activation ID and the student's 9-digit Student ID number, then click Next.
  
  
• The next page (Step 2 of 3) will ask for your contact information.
  
  
• Finally, complete your enrollment by creating a username and password.
  
  
• You may now view your student's bills and online payment option!
