Refund Disbursement
If you are expecting a credit balance refund due to financial aid postings or an overpayment, please log in to NetPay and add a refund direct deposit account.

- To request a refund, log on to NetPay and click the "Request Refund" button on the Refund Disbursement tab. This option is only available to students.

Disbursement Options
Regulations regarding federal financial aid require that educational expenses such as tuition, fees, housing and board be covered prior to the release of any credit refund from loan proceeds. To request a refund the student, as the primarily responsible account holder, must log in to NetPay and click the "Request Refund" button on the Refund Disbursement Tab. Requests are reviewed by an account analyst in the order they are received.
Please allow for three to five business days to process your request.
